Head of Palestinian Relations, Former MP Hasan Hoballah, issued a statement that hails the heroic fedai [martyrdom-seeking] operation carried out in occupied Al-Quds at the junction of the “Ramot” settlement against the soldiers of the Israeli occupation and its usurping settlers, which resulted in a number of dead and wounded among them.
This was at the hands of heroic resistance fighters who, with their courage and bravery, embodied the authenticity of this resistant people and its determination to continue the path of resistance and confront the Zionist killing and crime machine, the statement added.
“This victorious heroic operation is a natural response to the ongoing crimes of the occupation in Gaza, the West Bank, and Jerusalem. It is a steadfast expression of the will of the Palestinian people to confront genocide, forced displacement, and starvation. This operation, along with the other daily heroic operations carried out by the Palestinian resistance in the Gaza Strip, confirms that the rifle of the resistance will remain the only option to confront the barbaric aggression, and that the spirit of resistance, deeply rooted in the heart of the Palestinian people, cannot be uprooted or extinguished.”
“As we salute this qualitative operation, we extend our honor and reverence to the souls of the righteous martyrs who carried it out, and we offer congratulations and blessings to their families and to the entire Palestinian people. We affirm that all the crimes of the occupation will never weaken the resolve of this proud people, nor divert them from continuing the path of struggle and jihad to liberate their land. Rather, it will only lead to more operations that will shake the fragile security of the entity, against which none of its measures will succeed in stopping the will of confrontation and resistance.”
A shooting operation at Ramot Junction in occupied Jerusalem on Thursday left at least seven Israelis dead and 20 others wounded, according to Israeli media reports.
