A building-sized poster went up this week in Tehran Palestine Square vowing harsh retaliation over the assassination of Hamas Politburo Chief Ismail Haniyeh in the Iranian capital.

“Wait for harsh punishment,” the billboard said in Hebrew, atop a massive portrait of Haniyeh.
