Palestinian media reported that Israeli occupation forces (IOF) entered the Askar camp in the eastern outskirts of Nablus at around 4 a.m., setting off clashes with Palestinian residents.
The IOF shot live fire at the Palestinians who rushed to defend the camp, Palestinian sources reported. On the other hand, Israeli media reported that Palestinian fighters caused damage to several military vehicles, claiming that no soldiers were hurt.
The Palestinian Authority Health Ministry announced martyrdom of Sabra, adding that another young man was wounded in the raid.
Footage shared on social media showed Israeli military vehicles moving through the camp. In another video staccatos of heavy gunfire could be heard echoing between buildings.
