Ceasefire Doesn’t Apply in Southern Lebanon as Israeli Enemy Escalates Attacks

Israeli warplanes intensified attacks across southern Lebanon on Thursday, striking multiple towns in Nabatieh, Bint Jbeil, and Tyre districts and causing casualties, in a n ongoing violation of the ceasefire which took effect on April 17.

Israeli warplanes struck the towns of Toul, Harouf, Jibshit in Nabatieh district, Al-Manar correspondent in south Lebanon reported.

The strikes on the towns in Nabatieh cause casualties, according to our correspondent.

Strikes by Israeli warplanes also targeted Burj Qalaway, Haris and Kawnin in the district of Bint Jbeil nd Srifa in Tyre district, according to our correspondent across south Lebanon.

Meanwhile, two drone strikes targeted two motor cycles in the towns of Srifa and Shehabiyeh, Al-Manar correspondent reported.

Israeli artillery also shelled the towns of Yuhmor Al-Shaqeef, Maifadoun, Zawtar Al-Shariqiya, Bint Jbeil, Hadatha and Rshaf as well as the area between Bar’ashit and Kawnin, Al-Manar correspondents reported.

The town of Byout Al-Seyyad was subjected to Israeli shelling using phosphorus munitions, according to our correspondent.

The occupation army issued on Thursday two evacuation threats for 24 towns across southern Lebanon.
