On the first anniversary of 2024 Israeli ware on Lebanon, the Islamic Resistance Military Media started issuing an episodic documentary that highlights the various aspects of the Battle of the Formidable in Might.
Hezbollah Military Media affirmed that the series would not be just a presentation of events, but a historical document. Through daily episodes, it records the heroism of men who, with their blood and steadfastness, inscribed shining chapters in the history of resistance.
Battle of the Formidable in Might is the story of those who were never defeated, but who, with their blood, forged a memory of glory and immortality that will remain alive.
Day 27| Saturday, October 19, 2024
In response to the Israeli aggression and in defense of Lebanon and its people, the Islamic Resistance carried out 25 military operations on Saturday, October 19, 2024. These operations targeted settlements, sites, barracks, and troop concentrations belonging to the Israeli enemy forces along the Lebanese-Palestinian border with rockets and artillery shells.
In ground confrontations, resistance fighters targeted Israeli forces in the vicinity of the towns of Ayta al-Shaab and Kafr Kila with rocket salvos and artillery shells, scoring direct hits. When a Merkava tank moved near the Zarait settlement, skilled fighters targeted it with a guided missile, causing it to catch fire and resulting in casualties among the crew.
The resistance’s rocket force also bombarded several military bases, settlements, and cities in northern occupied Palestine, from Haifa in the west to the occupied Shebaa Farms in the east, including Safad and settlements in the Galilee Panhandle.
As part of the Kheibar operations series, in response to targeting civilians, especially in the city of Nabatiyeh, the resistance’s rocket force targeted the “Nasser” base and the “Kiryat Ata” settlement in the Haifa area with large, specialized rocket salvos.
The Islamic Resistance concluded its statements on this day by affirming that it will remain present and ready to defend its country and its oppressed people, and will not hesitate to fulfill its duty to deter the enemy from its military and terrorism.
Israeli media reported an explosion from a drone launched from Lebanon that hit the building where Netanyahu was supposed to be in Caesarea, south of Haifa, but he was not present. Yedioth Ahronoth described this event as a new phase announced by Hezbollah. Channel 12 reported rocket hits in Kiryat Ata and Acre, resulting in one fatality and 13 injuries.
The following video went then viral as it showed Hezbollah drone crossing all the Israeli defenses and flying above a helicopter which failed to intercept it.
The Israeli army acknowledged one fatality and 15 injuries over 24 hours of clashes with Hezbollah, while a former Israeli army spokesperson confirmed that Hezbollah had successfully targeted many Israeli soldiers recently.
During this day, sirens sounded 30 times in various areas of northern occupied Palestine, particularly in the Upper Galilee, the occupied Golan Heights, and along the coastal strip from Ras al-Naqoura in the north to Caesarea in the south.
