Head of Yemen’s Ansarullah Movement Sayyed Abdul Malik Badreddine Al-Houthi, on the first anniversary of the martyrdom of the Martyr of Islam and Humanity, His Eminence Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah (May Allah’s blessings be upon him), his companion Sayyed Hashem Safieddine, and their martyred comrades , once again extended our condolences to the entire Islamic nation, Hezbollah, the Lebanese Resistance, and the Lebanese people.
In a televised speech, Sayyed Houthi maintained that the Martyr of Islam and Humanity, His Eminence Sayed Hassan Nasrallah (May Allah’s blessings be upon him), remains present in the conscience of the free people around the world and present in the steadfast approach he established in jihad and resistance.
“The Martyr of Islam and Humanity is present through his just cause, his righteous stance, and the great fruits of his efforts. His efforts built a jihadi generation and broadened awareness and a sense of responsibility across our Islamic nation and globally. The Martyr of Islam and Humanity is present in the major, significant, and lasting results God achieved through him and his struggle, which have been cemented by his martyrdom and stand firmly.”
“His Eminence Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah (May Allah’s blessings be upon him) was one of those rare historic leaders endowed by God with qualities for a great role and great achievements,” he added, “This generation lived alongside the Martyr of Islam and Humanity, knew him, and recognized the remarkable virtues and noble attributes of this great leader.”
“What the Martyr of Islam and Humanity accomplished in confronting the Israeli enemy was a safety valve for the region,” Houthi said, “He stood like a towering mountain against the ‘New Middle East’ project announced by the Americans at the time.”
After the great victory of 2006 in Lebanon, the “New Middle East” project collapsed and crumbled under the feet of the mujahidin in Lebanon, he said.
Had the Arabs recognized and supported the 2006 victory rather than conspiring against it, matters would have changed in favor of the Ummah and the results would have been far greater for the whole Ummah Houthi added..
His Eminence Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah (May Allah’s blessings be upon him) was and remains a real terror and nightmare for the Zionists for more than four decades, the Yemeni Leader maintained.
” He planted in the Zionist consciousness the concept of defeat after decades in which Arab defeats had been easy. The famous cry “Israel is weaker than a spider’s house” embedded itself in Zionist memory and became a security obsession. The Zionists and their senior leaders could not rid themselves of the fear of Sayyed Nasrallah’s cry, which proves the sustained structural weakness of the criminal, oppressive entity.”
Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah restored hope to the Ummah at a time when it was on the verge of despair after a series of defeats, betrayals, and setbacks, he added.
The Martyr of Islam and Humanity (May Allah’s blessings be upon him) played a leading role in foiling Zionist attempts to entrench defeatism, weakness, and frailty in the Ummah, Houthi said.
“His luminous words and impassioned speeches echoed a great work, vast efforts, and an achievement unmatched in contemporary history. Combined armies could not accomplish a tenth of what Hezbollah accomplished. Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah (May Allah’s blessings be upon him) needs no introduction as a great mujahid, astute political leader, and devout scholar who spent most of his noble life confronting the Israeli enemy to protect Lebanon and the Ummah.”
“The 2000 liberation, achieved by God’s grace, was a great historic victory unprecedented among the Arabs as it followed successive Arab defeats and accomplished the expulsion of the Israeli occupier from the largest area it held in Lebanon.”
What was achieved in 2006 was also a great and important victory with a major impact, producing a lasting and powerful deterrent for Lebanon, Houthi said.
The 2006 victory provided protection and stability for the Lebanese people for more than eighteen years and represents one of the most important periods of stability and shielding for Lebanon from the Israeli enemy, he added.
“What followed the 2006 victory in terms of economic troubles or attempts to incite chaos in Lebanon came from parties linked to the Americans,” he added, “The American schemes waged a media and economic war aimed at targeting Hezbollah’s popular base and the Resistance in order to affect the Lebanese situation.”
“What Allah granted Hezbollah, the Lebanese Resistance, and their popular base are major, firm, and unmistakable achievements that cannot be denied. What Allah granted Hezbollah and the Lebanese Resistance was of great importance in protecting the entire region against the Israeli threat. It has now become clear that the Israeli enemy truly targets the whole Ummah.”
“Hezbollah’s resisting nation is not alone on the field; it is part of a steadfast, patient, and mobilized Ummah with continuous fronts founded on faith and awareness. Hezbollah is not alone and will not be left alone; it is part of an axis and part of its Ummah, and it is also a pioneer on these fronts confronting the gravest aggressive scheme aimed at the entire Ummah, with our Islamic nation in the forefront,” he added.
“The reality, with all its events and the clear Israeli barbarity before the world, demonstrates the correctness of the choice of jihad and resistance. The choice of jihad and resistance is inevitable and wise because the only alternative is surrender,” Houthi noted.
“The Islamic Ummah and humanity at large face the Zionist scheme either by moving against it or by surrendering. The criminals behind the Zionist scheme act aggressively and practically; they spare no one, not even those who seek to reconcile with them.”
Those who move within the Zionist plan do not spare even those among the Ummah who seek normalization with them; they too remain at risk, Houthi added.
“The choice of jihad in the path of God, resistance, and confronting the Zionist plan must be decisive, accepted by all, and supported by everyone. The choice of jihad and resistance should motivate reconstruction, correcting the Ummah’s condition, and addressing all problems that the enemy exploits to implement its schemes. The choice of jihad and resistance should spur efforts to gather all elements of strength within the Ummah through cooperation and combined action.”
The call to disarm the Resistance in Lebanon and Palestine — and now the demand is even extended to Iran and Iranian missiles — is an American‑Israeli demand, Houthi maintained.
Naturally, the Americans and Israelis seek to remove any obstacle that stands in the way of achieving their demonic goals of dominating the Ummah, he said.
“As an Arab and Islamic Ummah, we most urgently need to possess all kinds of weapons and military equipment necessary to face the danger targeting us. We are a targeted Ummah; the problem is not possessing weapons or elements of power but rather not having the weapons that deter the enemy.”
“According to some statistics, global military spending is at its highest level since what is known as the Cold War in Europe, rising by 17%. The United States is the largest military spender in the world, with nearly a trillion dollars in military expenditure. We are an Ummah whose homelands are occupied and which is targeted; it is unreasonable to say we must remain without weapons that protect us,” he said.
“The only reason for adopting the American‑Israeli demand to disarm Hezbollah in Lebanon is that Hezbollah is the primary obstacle to occupying Lebanon. Everyone knows the Lebanese Army in its current condition is not in a position to defend Lebanon and prevent Israeli occupation. Everyone knows that the Israeli enemy once invaded Lebanon up to Beirut and was expelled by the Resistance, its weapons, and the mujahidin who acted with awareness, insight, and sacrifice.”
It is a shame for the United Nations to open its hall to allow the criminal Netanyahu to enter and deliver a speech there while he is universally recognized as a criminal, Sayyed Houthi stressed.
“All countries agree that Netanyahu is a criminal except the American state, which is a partner in the Israeli crimes. Everyone knows that Netanyahu is wanted by international courts as a cruel, aggressive criminal who violates all laws, covenants, and norms. The criminal Netanyahu boasted in his UN speech about his crimes and bragged of the most appalling and disgraceful atrocities and aggression against the peoples and countries of the Ummah.”
“In spite of the clear plight of Gaza, the criminal Netanyahu tried to deny those facts and to glorify the horrific, shameful Israeli crimes. There must be broad action, practical positions, and major responsibility — first and foremost on Muslims, and also on others,” he said
“There must be sheltering and support for the fronts confronting Israeli tyranny, foremost among them Gaza, the Palestinian people, and the mujahidin in Palestine. The resistance factions in Gaza must receive support from the entire Ummah — media, political, material, and all forms of assistance. There must be support and backing for Hezbollah’s front in Lebanon instead of conspiracy, backstabbing, and adopting hostile American and Israeli dictates.”
The peoples of the Ummah, in their varied currents and countries, must embrace and support the correct choice, direction, and the existing fronts confronting the Israeli aggression, Sayyed Houthi said.
“The Israeli enemy carried out a criminal aggression last Thursday targeting a penitentiary belonging to the security and intelligence apparatus — a crime added to its criminal record. The enemy’s targeting of a penitentiary belonging to the security and intelligence apparatus is a failed step and a continuation of criminality that will not affect the stance of our dear people.”
“We remain committed to the choice of jihad and confronting Israeli tyranny and to resisting the Zionist onslaught against our Ummah and the region,” Sayyed Houthi affirmed.
