Israeli war jets launched on Tuesday an aerial aggression on the Port of Hodeidah in Yemen. 12 air raids targeted the civilian facility, according to Yemeni sources.
The spokesman for the Yemeni Armed Forces Major General Yahya Saree indicated that the Yemeni air defenses were confronting the Israeli aggression.
General Saree added that the Yemeni air defenses caused major confusion for the enemy’s aircraft, forcing some of their combat formations to leave Yemen’s airspace before carrying out their aggression.
“Their attempt to penetrate deep into our territory was foiled,” General Saree said.
Last week, an Israeli aggression targeted the capital, Sanaa, and Al-Jawf, killing at least 35 people and injuring more than 130 others, including journalists.
