Jenin became a battlefield on Wednesday as Israeli occupation forces raided the camp and laid siege on the house of martyr Raad Hazem, the hero who carried out Dizengoff attack in Tel Aviv last April.
The surprise raid killed at least four Palestinians, including brother of martyr Hazem, as well as injured many others, Palestinian and Israeli media reported.

Avichai Adraee, a spokesperson for the Israeli occupation army, said in a press statement that “army forces and special units moved under the direction of the General Security Service (Shin Bet) to arrest two wanted men and surrounded the house they hid in.”
Palestinian Health Ministry initially identified three of the Palestinian martyrs as Ahmad Alawneh, Abdul Rahman Hazem and Mohammad Alouna. It reported that 16 Palestinians others were injured, noting that at least two of the wounded were in serious condition.
Al-Manar correspondent then reported that the number of martyrs rose to four, with one of the injured apparently succumbing to wounds.
For its part, Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades confirmed martyrdom of four of resistance fighters who confronted the Israeli raid in Jenin.
“Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades pronounces martyrdom of four of its heroes as they confronted an incursion of Zionist occupation forces into Jenin in which the house pf martyr Raad Hazem was besieged.”
The group identified the martyrs as Ahmad Nazmi Alawneh, 28, Abdul Rahman Fathi Hazem 26, Mohammad Mahmoud Alouna 27 and Mohammad Abu Naaseh, 28.
Appearing in a video that circulated on social media, father of the two martyrs Raad and Abdul Rahman Hazem, who has been for weeks on large by Israeli occupation forces, called on residents of Jenin to defend the camp, underlining importance of unity among Palestinian resistance factions.
