Hamas Chief in Gaza Strip, Yahya Sinwar, told the reporters that the Palestinian factions will hold deep talks in Cairo during the upcoming days to unify their positions for the sake of liberation of refugees return.
Sinwar revealed that in light of the Palestinian resistance victory over the Zionist enemy, there would be an agreement to exchange prisoners after indirect talks with ‘Israel’.
“Efforts to reach a prisoner-exchange agreement had witnessed movements recently, but they were stopped due to the unstable political situation in ‘Israel’,” Sinwar said.
Sinwar indicated after a meeting with Abbas Kamel, the head of Egypt’s General Intelligence Service, that the Egyptians discussed with Hamas Gaza reconstruction and all the international donations, noting that the Gazans must seize the chance.
Hamas official added that the resistance movement rejects any Israeli attempt to link the prisoner swap deal with Gaza reconstruction, stressing that the Palestinian resistance is ready to confront any Zionist aggression.
On May 10, 2021, the Palestinian resistance waged its battle against the Israeli enemy in response to the Zionist attacks on Al-Aqsa Mosue and plots to expel the Palestinians from Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood in occupied Al-Quds, firing thousands of missiles at the Zionist settlements in most of the Palestinian cities and inflicting heavy losses upon the Zionists. The Zionist enemy insisted on its violations and launched an aggression on Gaza, killing 232 of its civilians and injuring around 1900 others. After an 11-day confrontation, the Palestinian resistance managed to defeat the Zionist aggression and provide Al-Quds City and its sanctities with a considerable protection from the Isralei attacks and violations.
