General Command of the Syrian army announced on Wednesday a humanitarian pause in Aleppo on Friday November 4th, 2016 from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m.
In a statement, the army’s command said that during that period all previously-announced humanitarian corridors will be opened for the exit of civilians and those who wish from the militants, SANA news agency reported.
The army’s command also called on all gunmen in the eastern neighborhoods of Aleppo for a cessation of hostilities, benefiting from the opportunity of the humanitarian pause and to leave the city with their personal weapons through Castillo route in the north and Souk al-Kheir- Masharqah route into the direction of Idleb.
It said that citizens who wish to leave the eastern neighborhoods can use the 6 corridors previously specified for the exit of civilians, the sick and wounded.
