Israeli aircrafts bombed late Wednesday a Hamas Palestinian resistance post west of Gaza City.
Palestinian media reported that Israeli warplanes carried out three consecutive strikes, targeting a naval post belonging to Hamas.
A loud explosion was heard in the center of Gaza city, Palestine Today reported.
The strikes were confirmed by the Israeli occupation army, claiming they were in retaliation for rocket attacks by Palestinian resistance.
Israeli warplanes “struck a number of military targets in a Hamas naval facility in the northern Gaza Strip,” the occupation army said in a statement as cited by AFP news agency.
