Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated that the United States is unable to fulfill its commitments agreed upon with the Russia to distinguish between the so-called “moderate opposition groups” and the Nusra Front terrorists.

During his meeting with the former Lebanese Prime Minister Saad Hariri in Moscow, Lavrov said that the US inability to facilitate a number of field measures in Syria is unfortunate and regrettable.
