Syrian army and the allied forces targeted on Wednesday the terrorist groups at the axis of Bazo Hill, Hikma School and 1070 Bloc south western Aleppo, Central Military Media reported.
The national military engaged with the militants stationed in Fertilizers and Offices building in Ramoosa south of the province.
The engagement took place in parallel with artillery and rocket fire targeting the terrorists, leaving them killed or wounded.
Aleppo has been divided since 2012 between government forces in the west and the Takfiri terrorists in the east. The Syrian forces have been since July engaged in a major operation to liberate the militant-held areas of the city as well as the province with the same name.
The battle for Aleppo is a complex one as the government is engaged in fighting with an array of foreign-backed insurgents.
