Day 49| Sunday, November 10, 2024
In the context of responding to Israeli aggression and defending Lebanon and its people, the Islamic Resistance carried out 25 military operations on Sunday, November 10, 2024. These operations targeted settlements, sites, barracks, and concentrations of Israeli forces at the Lebanese-Palestinian border, using drones, missiles, and artillery shells.
On the ground front, the mujahideen of the Islamic Resistance monitored the movements of an Israeli enemy force that attempted to infiltrate the town of Ainata. They ambushed the force at the southern-western outskirts of the town of Aitaroun, attacking them with machine gun and missile fire, resulting in casualties among the enemy soldiers.
Skilled fighters targeted an Israeli military bulldozer near the border fence in the town of Kafr Kila, which was demolishing houses in the town, with a guided missile, destroying it and inflicting confirmed casualties among the soldiers nearby.
The mujahideen also targeted a house where Israeli soldiers were taking cover near the border fence in Kafr Kila with a guided missile, inflicting casualties among them. Later, an Israeli enemy force attempted to regroup near the targeted house near the border fence in Kafr Kila, but the mujahideen targeted them with another guided missile.
The rocket force in the resistance launched several rocket barrages at a number of military bases, settlements, and cities in northern occupied Palestine, including:
– The “Avital” site (a technical and electronic reconnaissance center) in the occupied Syrian Golan.
– The “Shraga” base north of the occupied city of Acre.
– The “Hagoshrim” settlement.
– The city of Safed.
As part of the “Kheibar” operations series, the air force in the Islamic Resistance launched a drone attack on:
– The “Na’ura” base, which is the headquarters of the 36th Division of the Israeli army, located 50 km from the Lebanese-Palestinian border, southwest of Lake Tiberias.
– The Haifa naval base, which is home to a fleet of missile boats and submarines in Haifa Bay.
In response, the correspondent of the Hebrew newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth reported that an anti-tank missile launched by Hezbollah hit a building in the Metulla settlement, resulting in a number of injuries. The newspaper also reported that a drone launched by Hezbollah hit a target in the “Amikam” area south of Haifa.
On this day, sirens were sounded 16 times in various areas of northern occupied Palestine, concentrated in the settlements of the Upper Galilee and along the coastal strip from Rosh Hanikra in the north to Haifa in the south.
