Gaza Strip is once again at the center of escalating aggression as Israeli occupation forces continue their aggressive campaign, now entering its 39th day. This renewed offensive follows Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s withdrawal from a ceasefire agreement, supported by the United States, and is occurring amidst a backdrop of international and Arab inaction.

Recent reports from Palestinian sources indicate that Israeli occupation forces have intensified their operations, conducting multiple airstrikes and demolishing homes. The humanitarian crisis is deepening, with restrictions on essential food supplies having worsened since early March.

The latest Israeli aggression has resulted in significant casualties. On Friday morning, a series of Israeli raids left several civilians dead, including a heartbreaking incident involving the Abu Ta’imah family in the Al-Mawasi area of Khan Yunis. Five family members—parents Ibrahim Khalil Abu Ta’imah and Hanadi Shaaban Abu Ta’imah, along with their three young children—were killed in what has been described as a massacre.

In addition, airstrikes targeted residential buildings in Rafah and struck a medical clinic in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood, resulting in injuries among civilians. On Thursday alone, heavy bombardments claimed the lives of 65 Palestinians.

According to the Ministry of Health in Gaza, since the violence reignited on March 18, nearly 2,000 Palestinians have lost their lives, with over 5,200 others injured. The ongoing conflict raises urgent questions about the international community’s response and the humanitarian implications for those caught in the crossfire.
Meanwhile, the Palestinian resistance continued inflicting more losses upon the enemy forces. In this context, Al-Qassam Brigades announced that its fighters managed to snipe four Zionist occupation soldiers in Beit Hanoun, northern Gaza, leaving them dead or injured.
Al-Quds Brigades also announced bombarding the Zionist enemy forces and vehicles stationed in Al-Muntar Hill, east of Gaza City, with mortar shells.
