The Lebanese ministry of public health issued on Wednesday its daily report in which it announced 626 new coronavirus cases, 623 of which for locals and 3 among the arrivals, raising total to 623609.
The report added that 16236 PCR tests were conducted during the past 24 hours, adding that the number of cases of recovery from the coronavirus rose to 592910.
According to the report, 10 new coronavirus-related death cases were registered, which raised toll to 8316.
Lebanon has continued the anti-coronavirus vaccination campaign across all the provinces as the batches of vaccines are scheduled to arrive in Beirut gradually.
