Member of Loyalty to Resistance parliamentary bloc, MP Ibrahim Al-Moussawi, commented on the government Commissioner to the Military Court Fadi Akiki’s decision to allow the former collaborator with the Zionist enemy, Jaafar Ahmad Ghadbouni, leave the Lebanese territories.
MP Moussawi stressed that Akiki’s decision challenges the impartiality of the judiciary which is supposed to preserve and sustain the rights of all the Lebanese citizens.
Hezbollah lawmaker called on the Lebanese judiciary to reconsider such decisions and address similar moral lapses, stressing that those who utilize their posts as judges endanger the entire judiciary system.
The Released Prisoners Committee issued a statement in which denounced Akiki’s decision, considering that the military tribunal has violated the Lebanese laws and acted with bias in favor of the traitors.
