The Syrian Army units in cooperation with the backing forces on Tuesday established full control over the eastern and northwestern hills of al-Tafha, about 20 km northwest of the Fourth Station for transporting oil in the eastern countryside of Homs Province.
A military source told SANA that the army units killed and injured a number of ISIL terrorists and destroyed scores of their armored vehicles and machineguns-equipped cars.
