The Iranian Army has targeted two key US bases in Kuwait in response to deadly American aerial assaults on civilian infrastructure.

The army’s Public Relations Department said on Sunday that the large-scale attack involved launching explosive drones at the US army’s ammunition depot in Al-Udiri Camp, as well as Patriot and air surveillance radars belonging to the terrorist military in Ali Al Salem Air Base.

Located approximately 104 kilometers from Iran’s borders, Al-Udiri Camp serves as a major logistical support and force-reconstitution center for American forces, it added, saying disruptions at the base would have a significant impact on the US army’s logistical support operations throughout the region.

Ali Al Salem Air Base serves as the principal airlift hub and a primary gateway for the deployment of military forces into West Asia, the Army said. The base also plays a central role in the aggressor regime’s military and logistical strategy in the region.

Iran’s Army also condemned the US attacks on bridges, infrastructure, and civilian facilities, as well as the killing of innocent people.

“God willing, under the leadership of Imam Khamenei and through the unity and solidarity among our dedicated Armed Forces, steadfast nation, and committed government, we will compel the deceitful enemy to retreat in defeat.”

Fresh Strikes

In another statement later on Sunday, the Army announced a fresh round of drone strikes targeting the “child-killing” US military’s ammunition depot at Al-Udiri Camp, along with its equipment and personnel facilities at Ali al-Salem Air Base.

“Our struggle is a defense of Iran’s true identity, its thousands of years of history, and a people who, guided by Islamic teachings, neither oppress others nor accept oppression themselves. With this belief deeply rooted in their hearts, the Army’s soldiers stand firm and unwavering in defense of the honorable people while confronting the enemies of Iran and humanity,” it said.

Civilian Casualties in Bandar Abbas

Meanwhile, a US aerial assault on Iran’s southern port city of Bandar Abbas kills a mother, critically injuring her one-year-old child who lost her hand.

For eight consecutive nights, the US military has conducted waves of destructive strikes on Iran and reinstated a blockade of Iranian ports in flagrant violation of a war-termination deal. Iranian media reported that the US “has committed war crimes by deliberately targeting civilian facilities and killing dozens of people.”

The escalation came after the United States violated the Pakistan-brokered Memorandum of Understanding of June 17 by attempting unauthorized naval movements through the Strait of Hormuz, with the Iranian Navy intercepting the vessels to enforce the agreement.
