Iran’s deputy oil minister, Amir Zamani Nia, said Thursday that six Russian oil and gas companies held preliminary agreements on joint work with the Iranian companies.
Russian companies included Lukoil, Zarubisz Oil, TAT Oil, Rosneft, Gazprom and Gazprom Oil.
Zamani noted that all parties are exchanging accusations of slowness and bureaucracy which hinder the overall process.
