The Syrian helicopters on Friday threw over the eastern neighborhoods of Aleppo sacks which contain Syria flags soaps, razor blades and letters to urge the militants to exit the area.
The Syrian army and allies have completely and firmly besieged the eastern districts of Aleppo in preparation for liberating the whole province.
