Three civilians were killed and four others got injured on Saturday when terrorist groups targeted al-Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood on the northern outskirts of Aleppo city with rocket shells.

SANA news agency quoted local sources as saying that the terrorist organizations targeted the residential neighborhood with rocket shells, claiming the lives of three persons, including a boy and a girl, and injuring four other people, who sustained wounds of varying severity.

Material damage was also caused due to the terrorist attack, according to the sources.
