Russian deputy chief of military operations, Viktor Boznejer, said Friday that the Americans didn’t provide the Russian negotiators accurate data about the deployment and the number of the so-called “moderate opposition” factions.
“This made the process of fighting terrorists and the delivery of humanitarian aid a difficult task,” Boznejer told Sputnik website..
The Russian commander further added that the data provided by the US included a general list of formations loyal to the coalition, without including the number or the names of opposition field commanders.
Russia and US have signed a pact regarding the Syrian crisis, while the US refuses to publish its content.
