Forty eight people got injured as a result of a train accident in Barcelona. Eighteen people were hospitalized, five of them in critical condition.

Six ambulances, nine police and 11 fireman units have been dispatched to the place of the accident.

It was reported that the train was not able to stop and crashed into the podium.
