Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said that the new military and political incidents in Syria provide the suitable conditions for defeating the terrorist organizations of ISIL and Nusra Front.

In her weekly press conference on Thursday, Zakharova said that there is a belief that the new incidents in Syria provide the suitable conditions for defeating the terrorist organizations of ISIL Nusra Front, adding that Russia constantly observes the positive developments of the military and political situation in Syria.

She pointed out that the implementation of the memorandum on founding de-escalation zones in Syria allows the continuation of boosting the cessation of hostilities system and helps the Syrian forces focus on combating the terrorist organizations.
