Dozens were killed late on Sunday as the US carried out a new aggression on Yemen, targeting a migrant detention center in the southern governorate of Saada.
The Civil Defense in Yemen announced that 68 African migrants were killed and 47 others wounded in the US attack targeting a center for illegal migrants in the city of Saada, Al-Massirah TV channel reported on Monday.
Yemeni Interior Ministry announced the center housed “115 migrants, all from Africa.”
Videos circulated on social media and broadcast by Yemeni media showed bodies stuck under the rubble and rescuers working to help the casualties.

Earlier on Sunday, dozens were martyred or injured as the US carried out strikes targeting residential area in Bani Al-Hareth Governorate of the capital, Sanaa.
The video below shows rescuers working to pull casualties from the rubble of the targeted houses in Shaqban region of Bani Al-Hareth Governorate.
The US military said it has hit more than 800 targets in Yemen since mid-March, killing or injuring hundreds of people including children and women.
The US has been staging nearly daily strikes on Yemen in a bid to dissuade the Yemeni Armed Forces to support the oppressed people of Palestine through military operations against Israeli and US targets in the Zionist entity and the Red Sea.
