Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Nasser Kanaani lashed out at Israeli apartheid regime over the death of seven-year-old Palestinian kid while being chased by Israeli occupation forces in the West Bank.
In a tweet late Friday, Kanaani said the Zionist entity has a dark history of killing and terror.
“From Mohammad Al-Durra to Rayan Suleiman… The dark history of the apartheid regime of Israel is full of assassination, massacre, torture and killing of innocent children,” Kanaani tweeted.
Rayan and other martyred Palestinian children “are victims of silence of normalization and false claimants of human rights,” the Iranian diplomat he added.
Rayan Suleiman, with bright eyes and a backpack emblazoned with an animated racing car, was walking home from school on Thursday when he was chased by Israeli occupation soldiers. His family said he dropped dead out of fear of occupation troops.
Mohammad Al-Durra, a 12-year-old boy who was martyred after being shot dead by Israeli occupation forces in Gaza strip. The filmed scenes of Mohammad and his father Jamal Al-Qurra cowering behind a concrete block on a street corner amid heavy gunfire, with the boy screaming in terror before slumping across his father’s lap, became the most potent image of the Palestinian intifada (uprising) in 2000.
