House Speaker, Nabih Berri, on Thursday received at his Msayleh residence, Head of the Ghazieh Football Youth Sports Club, Ali Hassoun, accompanied by members of the Club’s technical and administrative bodies as well as its players, in presence of the town’s municipal, mayoral, party and educational dignitaries.

Speaker Berri stressed that the biggest loser from the electoral rhetoric slipping into sectarian and confessional incitement is Lebanon and the Lebanese, not those competing over a parliamentary seat.

Berri congratulated the Club’s administration and players for their relentless efforts and perseverance, and the people of the town of Ghazieh for their continued support to the club in its sports path.

On the other hand, Berri met with a delegation representing the JAD Association (Youth Against Drugs), headed by its President Joseph Hawat.
