President of the Republic, General Michel Aoun, welcomed on Wednesday at Baabda Palace more parliamentary blocs in preperation for the national dialogue conference he intends to lead.

In this regard, President Aoun welcomed members of the ‘Consultative Gathering’, Armenian, and Social Nationalist blocs.

MP Faisal Karami, said in the wake of his meeting with President Aoun: “When President Aoun calls for dialogue, we’re required to take the right decision whether we will participate in it or not. In our capacity as the ‘Consultative Gathering’, we cannot but support dialogue, especially amid the dire circumstances that the country endures.”
