“Loyalty to Resistance” parliamentary bloc indicated n Thursday that the crisis in Lebanon is exacerbating due to the disputes among the officials and the US interventions aimed at tightening noose on the Lebanese.
In a statement read after its weekly meeting, Hezbollah parliamentary bloc stressed that the Resistance has protected Lebanon from the dangers of normalization (of ties with the Israeli enemy) path and sedition stirred by the local parties subject to foreign pressures.
The bloc also called for holding the parliamentary elections on time in order to protect a peaceful power transition, considering that resorting to the Constitution stipulations can end the judicial discord pertaining the presidents and ministers trials.
The statement stressed that the manipulation of the Lebanese pound exchange rate against the US dollar is a despicable exploitation of the crisis, calling on the judicial authorities to take the necessary measures against the manipulators.
The bloc held the US administration and its agents in Lebanon responsible for the economic siege on all the Lebanese, denouncing the sanctions policy used by the Americans to blackmail the Lebanese in order to serve the Israeli interests.
The bloc also felicitated all the Lebanese in general and the Christians in particular on Christmas, wishing that the new year witnesses better living conditions in Lebanon.
