Islamic Jihad issued on Tuesday a statement in which it warned the Israeli enemy of the repercussions of attacking the Palestinian prisoners, stressing that the Resistance Movement is ready to take all the possible measures to protect them from the aggression they are exposed to.
The Israeli enemy must contemplate our threat and recognize the fact that the Palestinian prisoners are a red line, according to the statement.
It is worth noting that the Zionist jail authorities launched, after the escape operation, a large scale aggression on the Palestinian prisoners, especially those who belong to the Islamic Jihad Movement.
Six Palestinian prisoners managed early Monday to escape from the Israeli Gilboa prison, located in Beissan Valley, through a tunnel, they had dug, and moved into an unknown destination.
