ISIL Takfiri group on Thursday claimed responsibility for the terrorist bus attack in Syria a day earlier, claiming it had killed 40 Syrian army soldiers and badly wounded six others.

The statement was carried by ISIL’s Amaq news agency.

SANA news agency reported on Wednesday that 25 people were martyred and 13 others were wounded when a bus came under a terrorist attack on the road between Deir Ezzor and Palmyra in Kabajeb area.
