Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Wednesday it is unacceptable to divide terrorists into bad and good ones
Addressing the High Level Segment of the 37th Session of the Human Rights Council in Geneva, Switzerland, Lavrov said militants in Syria’s Eastern Ghouta impede efforts to deliver humanitarian aid to civilians in the region.
Some members of the UN Human Rights Council aren’t ready to condemn the international terrorism under the pretext of upholding the freedom of speech, the top Russian diplomat said.
In this context he stressed that the international community shouldn’t divide terrorists on “good and bad ones.”
