The Iraqi Popular Forces (Hasd Shaabi) frustrated a terrorist scheme planned to target the civilians in southern Kirkuk during Eid Al-Adha days.
A security source said that the Hasd Shaabi forces, in cooperation with the federal police, managed to destroy tunnels in context of a large anti-terrorist campaign in Kirkuk province.
