Iraq’s Foreign Minister Mohamad Ali al-Hakim and his French counterpart Jean-Louis Laudrian signed a strategic framework agreement between the two countries in Paris on Thursday

Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi arrived in the French capital Paris on Thursday from the German capital of Berlin, where agreements pertaining various political and economic domains were signed.
