A patrol of the Lebanese army intelligence arrested on Wednesday the Syrian, Ahmad Mahmoud Al Khatib, in Arsal’s Wadi Hmayyid, for links to the “ISIL” terror Organization, army command said in a communiqué.
The detained Syrian, dubbed as “Abu al Ghadab” and “Ahmed Hamza”, was arrested on charges of partaking in an attack against the Lebanese army units and posts in 2014.
Interrogation was launched under the supervision of the concerned judiciary.
