Israeli Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman claimed the Israeli operational force “is the greatest in the region.”
Lieberman remarks came as he attended a military exercise in the occupied territories’ north, Israeli media reported.
“After attending three military exercises within a month, my impression is that we have an operational force at a very high level which is ready to handle any task.”
“This is the strongest operational force existing in the Middle East and none of our enemies can contend with it,” Lieberman asserted.
Last month, Hezbollah Secretary General, Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah stressed that the Lebanese resistance is stronger that the Israeli army.
The Lebanese “resistance today is more powerful than the Israeli army” and both US and the Zionist entity are “too weak to stage wars like those launched before,” Sayyed Nasrallah said during the 12th anniversary of Divine Victory in the 2006 July War.
