Russia on Wednesday warned the United States against any unilateral actions in Syria, a day after Washington and Paris vowed ‘joint response’ in case of a chemical attatck is staged by the Syrian government.
Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Gennady Gatilov said that the US remarks and warnings concerning chemical attack by the Syrian government were complicating peace talks in the war-hit country.
” US assertions that the Syrian government may be planning a chemical weapons attack complicate peace talks on Syria,” RIA news agency quoted Gatilov as saying.
In this context, Gatilov warned the United States not to take unilateral actions in Syria.
