The bodies of the martyrs, President Ebrahim Raisi, Foreign Minister Hussein Amir Abdollahian, and their companions arrived at the International Conference Hall in Tehran, where an official memorial ceremony was scheduled to be held in the presence of local, Arab and foreign officials.
15 leaders and high-ranking officials as well as six delegations from different countries have attended an official memorial service.
The participants included the Emir of Qatar, the national leader of Turkmenistan, the presidents of Tunisia and Tajikistan, the prime ministers of Iraq, Pakistan, Armenia and Azerbaijan, and the heads of parliaments of Iraq, Russia, Algeria, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Lebanon.
