Top Shiite cleric in Iraq, Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Sistani, called on the entire world to confront the atrocious Israeli brutality against the oppressed Palestinian people in Gaza Strip.
Commenting on the ongoing Zionist aggression on Gaza, which has so far left 6000 martyrs or injuries and caused massive destruction in the Strip, Sayyed Sistani underlined the Israeli act of tightening the blockade by cutting off the supplies of water, medical drugs and food stuffs.
In a statement, Sayyed Al-Sistani indicated that all the Zionist crimes against the Palestinians are being committed amid the world silence and even support.
Finally, Sayyed Al-Sistani stressed that the ending the tragedy of the honorable Palestinian people, going on for seven decades, requires ranting them their legitimate rights and removing the occupation from their usurped territories. His eminence, added that, otherwise, resistance against the aggressors and cycle of violence will continue.
