The Lebanese Transportation Minister, Ali Hamieh, called on all the world countries, planning to help Lebanon, to avoid setting preconditions, citing the French initiative to provide Lebanon with 50 buses.
Dr. Hamieh made his remarks at Beirut seaport where he received the French donation in presence of the French ambassador Anne Griot.
The Lebanese minister stressed that the buses will be used to reinforce the public transportation sector, adding that the private sector will be supported as well.
It is worth noting that the buses will be operated on the international highways in Lebanon.
