Russian forces managed to eliminate 51 Ukrainian military targets in the day 30 of the special operation in Ukraine, Russian Defense Ministry said in a briefing on Friday.
It added that sea-based Kalibr high-precision long-range cruise missiles destroyed a major fuel base near Kiev.
Russian Ka-52 and Mi-28n helicopters hit 24 units of military equipment, including seven tanks, five infantry fighting vehicles and three armored personnel carriers overnight, the Russian ministry said.
It noted that Russian air defense units also shot down two Ukrainian drones.
“In total, 261 drones, 204 anti-aircraft missile systems, 1,587 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 163 multiple launch rocket systems, 636 field artillery and mortars, as well as 1,397 Ukrainian Armed Forces special military vehicles have been destroyed since the beginning of the operation,” the ministry added.
