Deputy Chief of Hezbollah Executive Council, Sheikh Ali Daamoush, said the course of events indicates that the parliamentary elections will be held on time, reiterating Hezbollah keenness on that in order for people to practice their right to choose their representatives.

Delivering his Friday Sermon, Sheikh Daamoush stressed that Hezbollah engages in the parliamentary battle in order to serve the people interests, not to obtain governmental posts.

Sheikh Daamoush added that Hezbollah ministers and deputies have assumed the responsibility of defending the Resistance and securing the people interests as much as possible amid the us sanctions and local corruption.

Sheikh Daamoush noted that Hezbollah builds its political and parliamentary alliances on the basis of protecting the Resistance and preventing sedition, calling on the Resistance supporters to trust the leadership choices.
