House Speaker Nabih Berri has called the Committees of Finance, Administration, Defense, Foreign Affairs, Public Health, Education, Economy, and Agriculture to convene in a joint session on Wednesday.

Speaker Berri had also called the Parliament Bureau to convene at 2:00 pm on Thursday, March 24, at his Ain-el-Tineh residence.

It is worth noting that the parliament’s finance committee is studying the state budget draft law submitted by the government before referring it to be approved by the majority of the deputies.
