Deputy Chief of Hezbollah Executive Council Sheikh Ali Daamoush stressed that the upcoming parliamentary elections will form Lebanon’s political identity during the upcoming stage.
Delivering Friday Sermon, Sheikh Daamoush emphasized that Hezbollah and allies engage in the election battle to preserve Lebanon’s strength and independence in face of the political parties involved in confronting the Resistance and its weaponry.
Sheikh Daamoush also indicated that Hezbollah participation in the parliament and the government has protected the resistance politically, underscoring that the Party is determined to cope with the socioeconomic crisis in the country.
For his part, Grand Jaafarite Mufti called for a heavy turnout in the elections, stressing that participating in the vote is a national and moral duty.
It is worth noting that the parliamentary elections will be held on May 15.
