Hezbollah mourned on Wednesday the religious authority and the great divine scholar, Ayatollah Muhammad Ali Al-Alawi Al-Jurjani, offering condolences to Imam Al-Mahdi (P), Supreme Leader Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei, and the later cleric’s family as well as pupils, lovers and all the Islamic seminaries.
In a statement, Hezbollah said that the loss of Ayatollah Al-Jurjani struck the Islamic World as the late cleric spent his honorable life at the service of the religion and the seminaries through lectures, directives and teachings that scholars, virtuous people, and scholars in general benefited from.
The late cleric also served the religion and the seminaries through his clear positions in protecting and supporting the followers of authentic Muhammadan Islam, according to the statement.
The statement indicated that the late cleric used to meet with Hezbollah commanders and voice support to the Islamic Resistance on various occasions.
Hezbollah statement, finally, asked Holy God to grant Ayatollah Al-Jurjani His Mercy and congregate him as well as his pure ancestors with Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
