Iranian news agencies quoted on Thursday sources close to Vienna talks as saying that the nuclear deal is expected to be imminent.
The sources added that the US administration is tending to be more lenient and take the political decision to approve the nuclear deal between the world powers and Iran.
Vienna talks have witnessed a major progress, according to the sources which added that during the upcoming days the 2015 deal is expected to be re-activated.
However, another source close to negotiations told IRNA that disputes with the US are still open, adding that there will not be an agreement unless all sides agree on all issues.
Iranian and Russian delegations held a bilateral meeting in Vienna on Thursday evening. The Iranian delegation, headed by Ali Bagheri Kani, met the Russian delegation, headed by Mikhail Ulyanov.
The eighth round of Vienna talks on the removal of anti-Iranian sanctions resumed in the Austrian capital of Vienna on Tuesday, February 8, after an 11-day break for consultations with their capitals. It has proven the lengthiest round of the talks so far.
