The Yemeni foreign minister, Hisham Sharaf, said that the initiatives of the Islamic Republic officials can be the key to the solution of the crisis in Yemen, adding that they deal with all the aspects of the aggression, blockade, and negotiations mechanism.
In an interview with Unews press agency, Sharaf indicated that the Iranian initiatives are being disregarded deliberately
Meanwhile, Sharaf described the fabricated video of the Saudi-led aggression spox Turki Al-Maliki as cheap and cinematic.
Yemen has been since March 25, 2015 under aggression by the Saudi-led coalition in a bid to restore power to fugitive president Abd Rabbu Mansour Hadi, who is Riyadh’s ally. Tens of thousands of Yemenis have been killed or injured by Saudi-led airstrikes.
The Arab country has been also under harsh blockade b the coalition which includes in addition to the Kingdom, the UAE, Jordan, Bahrain, Kuwait, Egypt, Morocco and Sudan.
