Christmas celebrations began on Thursday in Bethlehem city, southern occupied West Bank, amid strict measures to curb the spread of coronavirus.
Christians gathered in Bethlehem’s Church of Nativity to celebrate Christmas.
Several activities, including scout performances, were performed in the Church’s square. However, strict COVID-19 measures limited the number of people attending the activities.
It is worth noting that only the Palestinians are allowed to participate in the events due to the anti-coronavirus measures.
