The Yemeni Armed Forces Spokesman General Yahya Sarea announced on Wednesday that ballistic missiles struck Saudi targets in Asir, Marib and Taiz.
In a tweet, General Sarea said that the Yemeni rocketry force fired three missiles at a Saudi military camp in Al-Dahran, south of Asir city, adding that a large number of Saudi officers and soldiers were killed or injured.
Four other ballistic missiles struck gatherings for the Saudi-led mercenaries in Taiz and Marib, according to General Sarea, who added that scores of them were either killed or injured.
Yemen has been since March 2015 under a brutal aggression by Saudi-led coalition. Tens of thousands of Yemenis have been injured and martyred in Saudi-led strikes, with the vast majority of them are civilians.
The coalition has been also imposing a blockade on the impoverished country’s ports and airports as a part of his aggression which is aimed at restoring power to fugitive former president Abdrabbuh Mansour Hadi.
